UPDATE!!!

We have been very busy this week and last, and alot more "busy- ness" is in store for the weekend. Saturday is Colton's 9th birthday, and he wants to party down at the ranch. We are having about 45 guests so it should be fun!! last weekend we had the Wyatt's, the Bogg's and the Peter's at the ranch. It was so fun. We had dinner Friday night and stayed up late talking, then Saturday the men went out and gathered cows, while the women watched conference, and got pedicures. Then the guys came back and we all helped take care of the cattle. We watched conference on Sunday. I t was so fun. We had lots of good food , LOTS and LOTS of good laughs and fun. Thanks everyone, for coming and for all of the help!!

SO....we have a really fun neighborhood!! The kids have used our wood pile for their fort, they have a sign that has our brand and the REED boy's brand, along with the help of Beau and Gracie,. Kamrielle, and Cade mostly destroying stuff. The Reed boy's names are UTAH and RIGGIN..they go by RIGTAH here at the Smart home, thanks to Cade. I think he started calling them that because he didn't know which one was which, but now he calls them both RIGTAH.. He is so funny.

MEET JUANITA. We had to go to Dewey and Flagstaff on Monday. We stopped outside Winslow, for Josh to talk to some guy about a horse, and we found Juanita. Cade calles her NITA, Kallie calls her Rinowa, and Colton was telling Cade a goodnight story last night, and I kept hearing him refer to her as Plunia. Whatever her name is, she was a funny little burro.

FALL MEANS PEACHES AND APPLES....

Yesterday my nice, beautiful, should be a model neighbor, came over and she endured the crazyness, so taht we could bottle apple pie filling and we also made peach jam, and syrup..and apple pies, and a nice lunch. It was crazy, but rewarding!! I hope she will come back over, because now my house is clean and there isn't a crazy baby running around with peaches..Josh helped a little too. (thanks babe)
